For all stock item unbranded item orders, received before 4pm, we will despatch for next working day delivery. Subject to stock availability. For all bespoke printed items the production time will be as stated on your order acknowledgement. Please contact your account manager if you have any queries relating to this.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help. If you wish to return an item please contact your account manager to discuss. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unbranded, unused, any packaging unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and report back to you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a credit note and send this to you via email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us if you have any questions on how to return your item.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

If you have a credit account you can simply add your order balance to your credit account, no instant payment is required. If you do not have a credit account you can opt to pay by card online. Simply follow the on screen instructions at time of check out.

Viewing Orders

You can view your order history at any time by logging in to the website using your own user name and password, then selecting the ‘My Account’
option in the top right hand corner of the ‘Home’ page. Then select the ‘My Orders’ option on the left hand side of the page.

Updating Account Information

You can update your account information at any time by logging in to the website using your own user name and password, then selecting the ‘My
Account’ option in the top right hand corner of the ‘Home’ page. You can then select the details you with to change using the options listed on the
left hand side of the page.
